Cindy Yturri

Began career as a supervisor of Civil Works in the Department of Construction in Mexico. She has a strong background in architecture, construction and education. Graduated with her bachelors degree in architecture from the Instituto Technologico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterry located in Mexico, along with her postgrad diploma in Education from UNIDEP, Mexico. Has experience with AutoCAD software to produce 2D and 3D drawings. Cindy holds a driven passion for remodeling spaces, facades and creations of digital images for buildings. Has the ability to effectively communicate, troubleshoot and multi-task. 

Ryan L. Sieg

​Solid background in engineering and construction fields, with strong emphasis in storm water/infrastructure design and project management. Manage multiple project teams for numerous multi-million dollar developments at any given time. Consistently exceed client expectations while developing a personal relationship that will encourage each to continue to utilize my everyday skill set. Take personal pride in being a driven, self-motivated professional with an extremely strong work ethic.

Thomas G. Hammond, JR, P.E.
Began career as a rodman on a survey crew and put self through school while working full time at a full service civil engineering and surveying firm. Extremely driven professional with a strong background in site design, permitting, and construction. Founder and president of growing civil engineering firm providing planning, design, permitting, and construction administration services to the Northwest Florida development community.
